Louie is a beautiful dog. Strong willed with huge potential for someone who is very experienced with his breed or herding breed. He needs his confidence built up in a positive environment. He loves to learn. He is quick to learn. He loves to be with his person. When exercised enough he settles down on his own. He needs to be able to be in a safe environment where he can show his potential without being stressed.
