Charlie

Hi! My Name Is Charlie

I got Charlie around around 4 months old and he was brought to me from a man named Anchel from kijiji and apparently he's been breeding his dogs incorrectly and I was contacted on kijij when I was trying to find Charlie a new home about these dogs and that man who's been selling them. When I first got him he was great and I had a routine with him as of now I'm in a small apartment and having trouble taking care of Charlie's needs.. no fault of his own I wish I could keep him but I believe it is best he go to a home who at least has a backyard and more time. Charlie is use to being around me and my two year old his father and grandfather who is in a wheelchair. His grandfather has psw workers that come into the home and Charlie will bark and growl at them especially when they have masks on. Once he is comfortable with a new person he will go bunny mode and want to play. As he is a guardian breed I understand he is a one family kinda breed... he will walk with me and my son in the stroller and ignore everyone and dogs but when anyone comes around with a dog close he will stare at them not so much agression more nervous and unsure what to do. He is house trained and only had once accident in the apartment when we first got here as I try my best to take him 3 times a day. He doesnt do well alone and will destroy anything he gets a hold of when I Leave for a short time as I don't have a crate I put him in the washroom or balcony when he needs a break from my son. He can sit and give paw and sometimes lay down with a treat. He still nips when over excited as he's a puppy. I want him to have a long lasting life with someone who is in a more stable situation with a backyard or farm is possible.
