Casper is one of 5 litter mates who were found in horrible condition. One of his sisters needed facial reconstruction and his 2 other siblings were in life threatening conditions, thankfully Casper was healthy and uninjured. But he was abused and shows signs of it every second of everyday, he is very scared of men and unknown people. Casper is the most loving, caring, and gentle pup once you gain his trust. But you need to give him time (and many treats).
