Casper needs more mental stimulation than I can give him. He has recently become protective over me to the point of nipping a family member and does not do well with new people in many cases due to protectiveness. I no longer feel that I can provide him with the care he needs and after recently splitting with my partner I do not have the time to ensure he he able to go out frequently and for long enough periods of time, nor do I have a back up plan should I not be able to get home to him for whatever reason.
