Barks and Meows Rescue introduces our sweet Runtsky, now available for adoption.  This little guy is a 7 year old pocket beagle weighing 13lbs.  He was found as a stray and has medium length fur.

Runtsky is such a sweet fellow.   He is always smiling and loves being around the foster family and the other dogs.  He is excellent as well with the cat and pet birds in the home.

Our little boy is fully housebroken and rides well in the car.  He isn't too bad on a leash but requires a body harness.  He has put on some much needed weight by eating three meals a day instead of two.  He doesn't like the crate but doesn't need one at all.  He is not destructive in the slightest.  Typical of his breed he loves people and children of all ages.  He is very loving.

The ideal home for Runtsky is one with either another dog or where a family member is always home.  He sleeps on his foster parents bed and lays still the whole night.

Runtsky is neutered, up to date with vaccines, including Bordetella, Heartworm tested negative, on heartworm and flea prevention and microchipped.

A fully fenced yard and a Veterinarian history of compliance is mandatory in order to apply for Runtsky.
