Barks and Meows Rescue introduces Kramer.  He is a fantastic 4 year old Boxer/Dane mix weighing 71lbs.  He has short hair and ended up as a shelter dog when his owner would not pay the pound fees when he broke free of his leash.

Kramer is wonderful with all size dogs.  He loves children and all people.  This boy is extremely obedient and listens very well.  He knows how to sit, stay and give paws.  He doesn't give kisses but loves to get hugs and attention.  Kramer is very quiet.  He is clean and housebroken.

Kramer has severe seperation anxiety most likely because his precious elderly owners were home full time.  We believe if he had another large breed, socialized dog to keep him company, he would be fine with owners gone up to 4 hour intervals.  He sleeps on his foster parents bed and is good as gold.  He is fed twice daily, a diet of large breed dog food.  He does well in the vehicle.  He doesn't like cats and will chase them so caution must be taking him on walks as he has a prey drive and is very strong.  Kramer also takes treats very gently.

The ideal home for Kramer, is one where a family member is home most of the time and another large breed, well socialized dog to play with.  He's a big baby and deserves to be provided with a lot of attention.

Kramer is neutered, up to date with vaccines, 4dx tested negative and microchipped.
