Barks and Meows Rescue introduces darling Cinnamon.    She is a 1 year old Husky/Chow, weighing 50lbs.  She has a medium length hair coat.  Cinnamon was found as a stray.

This gal is so pretty in person.  Her eyes are memerizing.  She was so very scared and fearful when she first arrived at the shelter.  The staff at the shelter worked with her diligently and it certainly paid off.  Once she arrived in our foster care she was a different dog.  Cinnamon didn't take long to feel comfortable in the foster home.  Having other dogs in the home definitely helped with her confidence.  She is affectionate and focused.  The only fear she still has seems to be having a lead on.  This will come with practice.  She most likely was dog that was tied up outside.
Cinnamon has just beautiful soft fur, not thick.  She is fully housebroken.  She loves to play with other dogs but plays quite hard.  She does best with medium to large size dogs as a playmate.  The shelter tested her with cats and she was indifferent to them.  They believe she may chase to play with them and not hurt them.  Knowing this we think a cat free home is best.

Cinnamon will sit and give a paw.  She loves people but will bark when someone is at the door.  She loves children and takes to them instantly.  She rides well in the vehicle.

The ideal home for this moderately active gal is one where she gets to participate in outdoor activites.  Playing Fetch, walks, hikes, cottage life.

Cinnamon is spayed, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, on Heartworm and flea prevention as well as microchipped.

A fully fenced yard and a history  of Veterinarian compliance mandatory in order to apply for Cinnamon.
