Zoe
Please let us introduce you to our sweet Zoe. This is a lovely 46lb purebred, Bluetick Coonhound, who just happens to come with her Pedigree Papers from Michigan. Zoe was stuck in an apartment with not enough time with her owner who eventually surrendered her in order to do what was best for her. She now thrives in a multiple dog and cat home, large fully fenced property, with running room to spare. Zoe is a quiet, shy hound, who is fully crate trained but can be trusted to be without one. She is very soft, short-hair with no shedding issues. Zoe is a kisser, which is unusal for a hound, so we are so pleased she shares this skill with all of us. She enjoys the company of other dogs and is learning to play chase but has not yet mastered the skill of tug of war. Zoe is 4 years old, spayed, up-to-date with vaccines including Bordetella, de-wormed and on flea prevention. She has tested negative for heartworm and has been on heartworm prevention each month. She has received a clean bill of health from the vets, including her ears, as she had a terrible ear infection when surrendered but it was cleared up before arriving to her new foster home. Zoe enjoys her meals and treats. Couchtime is mandatory for this little girl, as she likes to snuggle up for a nap during the day and evenings. This canine will require a fully fenced property and a family that will spend time with her and give her the attention and love she deserves. She needs to be the only dog in the home. She will bond very closely to whoever spends the most time with her. This is an indoor gal only, looking for her new family to love her unconditionally.
