Cats Available for Adoption
Uno
This is our Uno, a lovely 6 year old (estimated) chocolate point rescue that a wonderful Samaritan saved in London. This cat had been a stray for at least 6 months, which as we all know, is very unusual for this breed. He has taken months to socialize, though his foster home isn't ideal with multiple dogs residing but he has sure come a long way. He loves other cats, all the new fosters reside with him at the onset. He has one ear shorter than another, it is called a cauliflower ear. He is neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia and vaccinated. Uno does have food allergies but we have found that if he stays on a grain free food, he is fine. He does well very well on "Before the Grain". He is a good eater, a little too heavy now but once in a real family home he will shed the excess we are sure of that. He loves to play with strings and balls, and enjoys his treats. He is short haired but we still brush him each day and he enjoys this very much. This breed of cat is quite social so another social kitty in the home without dogs would be ideal.

Autumn
These little darlings are growing each and every day. The 3 siblings are all very different from each other, not only in looks but in personalities too! They have been socialized with people and dogs and look forward to playing with a wagging doggies tail and getting lots of big wet kisses from them a few times each day. Their names are Taffy who is the grey and white tabby, Cajun who is the tortishell just like mome and Noir the black kitties with a couple of streaks of white in the coat. All will be vaccinated next week and have already been dewormed. They will be available for adoption on August 14th.
Kimio
Kimio is a loving 3 1/2 year old, ten pound female calico. This little gal's family have moved to England and would be travelling to and fro so thought it best she find a home where she need not be involved in travelling on a jet plane. She did however make the trip to Canada all the way from Japan, where her parents found her and brought her home. This little gal gets along with her Siamese roommate, Uno where the two of them sleep on the bed together and enjoy each other's company. Kimio is one of those rare cats who love to lick you, which we find just so neat. She enjoys being brushed and is very good to have her nails trimmed. She is a talker, will talk back to you as often as you speak to her. She bunts up against you for rubs and hugs and enjoys interaction with playing with her foster mom. Her diet consists of a grain free food, which she very much enjoys. Kimio is up-to-date with vaccines, spayed, de-wormed, micro-chipped and tested negative for feline leukemia. She was well looked after by her previous family, so we are hoping for the same nurturing environment for her on her next big adventure.

Chaplin

Black and white, semi-longed hair, 9 month old "Chaplin" is a loving, delightful little girl. Her ears have white wisps of hair in each of them, making her appear to have "tiny wings". She is very long and lean and may very well end up being a large boned kitty when full grown. She has been an excellent foster sister to the other kitties in the home. She litterbox trained and uses her scratching post daily. She has a strikingly beautiful shiny coat. Chaplin enjoys Veterinarian Dental food to keep her teeth nice and clean. Chaplin is a very quiet kitty as well, never making a sound, not sure if we have even heard her meow. She is playful, and enjoys the company of her foster cats and dogs more than her human family! This petite gal enjoys being stroked and loved up by her foster family. She rubs up and down every single dog in the home, she never tires from watching their playful antics. Chaplin is spayed, up-to-date with vaccines and is on Revolution to prevent worms as well as fleas. If you would like Chaplin to join your family, please click here for an application
Shandy
Please meet Ms. Shandy. This is a loving short haired grey kitty who just so happen to have one little kitten when brought into foster care. Shandy loves to be petted and stroked. Her fur is so soft and healthy looking. Shandy is up-to-date with vaccines, spayed, and is on Milbemax for deworming. She is a very quiet feline, and is on a grain free premium diet which has made her coat so soft and healthy. Shandy shares a lot of her living space with her daughter Chaplin and other cats that come and visit her in the house. She will hiss and spit at the doggies in the home behind the baby gate so a dog free home would be ideal. As you can see, being in a cat bed just makes her day. Shandy is a small cat having had only one kitten in the litter. She loves people and will come right up to you and curl up on your lap. She is not a talker and really enjoys playing chase with the other kitties. Shandy enjoys being brushed and is good to have her nails clipped.
